9/11/2009 "Woodview" update! Every wall is painted, and the flooring is going in! Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very close to being completely finished. The driveway and landscaping will be put in by the end of the month if all goes well.

5/26/2009 - Drywall at the new "Woodview" cabin is done for the most part... FINALLY! Here's a quick preview of some of the rooms. (click on any photo to enlarge). Do I dare say, we are ahead of schedule?

3/19/2009 - Drywall is currently going up at the new "Woodview" cabin! Still looking to open it at the beginning of 2010. An announcement will be made when we're ready to start taking reservations. It will hold up to 6 guests with lots of work space, 2 bathrooms, and surround sound throughout the house :) Since this cabin is literally next door to the original cabin (the "Lakeview") it will be possible to rent both places at once for large groups of up to 14.

added 12/5/2008  - Update on the SECOND LOCATION! The "Woodview" cabin (name we are considering) is making progress. In the last 8 months we have added new siding, a deck, windows, doors, a loft, new plumbing, new heating/air, and are almost done with the wiring. Soon we will be insulating and drywalling. We are hoping to have it ready to rent by 2010.

added 8/11/2008  - The cabin makes it into Wisconsin Woman Magazine!

added 6/12/08  - The recent heavy rains and area floods have NOT affected the Cabin or the area roads leading to it. Lake Koshkonong is high, but the Craftin' Cabin is high and dry. Our hearts go out to those who haven't been as fortunate and are struggling with the high waters here in WI, IA, and other Midwest areas.

added 6/12/08 - Big News!! We have recently purchased the property directly next door to the existing Cabin! Look for updates on the exciting new 2nd location!! There is MUCH work to be done and we hope to have it open for business sometime in the next 2 years.
